THE RENATURED FEAST

Rooted in Seasonality. Shared Together.

The Renatured Feast is The Old Pavilion’s signature experience.

Inspired by the changing seasons and shaped by the surrounding landscape, every feast is centred around open-fire cooking, generous hospitality and the simple pleasure of gathering around one table.

There is no set script. No two feasts are ever quite the same. Guided by nature and curated by Archie Clark, each menu evolved throughout the year, celebrating exceptional local produce at its very best.

More than a meal, The Renatured Feast invited guests to slow down, share stories and reconnect through one of life’s oldest traditions: breaking bread together.

Led by Fire & Seasonality

Every ingredient is chosen according to the rhythm of the seasons.

Cooked over open fire, each menu reflects what the land is offering at that moment - making every feast unique to its time and place.

The Breaking of Bread

Long before restaurants and dining rooms, people gathered around fire to cook, share stories and eat together.

The Renatured Feast honours that timeless tradition—where generous plates are shared, glasses are raised and conversations unfold naturally around one table.

'“Fire slows you down. It asks you to pay attention - to the ingredients, the seasons and the people you're cooking for."
